Refund & Cancellation

Overview

This page explains how cancellations and refund requests work for Truzy Tech subscriptions and related paid services. Because arrangements are often made directly with our team, we handle these requests case by case.

Cancellation

You may stop using Truzy Tech at any time. To cancel a paid plan or avoid renewal of a term that has been agreed with us, email us with your organization name, registered contact email, and what you would like to cancel.

We will confirm the cancellation by email and note any end date that applies to your current period.

Refunds

Fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started or services have been provisioned for you, unless we agreed otherwise in writing or law requires a refund.

If you believe you were charged in error, paid twice, or need a refund review for any other reason, write to us. Include your organization name, payment or invoice details (if any), amount, date, and a short description of the issue. We will review your request and reply with the outcome.
